Return and exchange policy.

At Madamme store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we encourage you to make informed purchases, reviewing our policies at all times. To provide you with the best experience, we offer an exchange process that guarantees your peace of mind.

1. General Conditions.

-You can request an exchange within 5 calendar days of receiving your order. After this time, we will not be able to process exchanges.

- Products must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, stains, or damage. All original tags must also be intact and attached to the garment. Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be exchanged.

-We do not accept exchanges or returns on sale items, promotions, discounts, sales, or pre-order collections, accessories (earrings, necklaces), and footwear.

-If you purchase a pre-order item from our collection and the requested size is out of stock or the model is no longer available when we request it from the supplier, you will be notified and can choose another item of equal or greater value, covering the difference if applicable, either from the same pre-order collection or for immediate delivery. If you do not wish to select another item at that time, the amount of your purchase will be credited to an electronic wallet, which you can use to select another item within 30 days, as we do not issue cash refunds.

2. Changes.

-For hygiene and safety reasons, exchanges are not accepted for white or similar light-colored garments.

-If you need to change a size or model, it must be for the same price or a higher price, paying the difference.

- The cost of shipping the garment for the exchange and for the return of your new garment will be the customer's responsibility. Once we receive your new garment and it meets the exchange conditions, we will send you your new garment.

-Only one change is allowed per order.

3. Returns. (Applies only to garments with factory defects)

-If you received a garment with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 5 calendar days with photos, video, or evidence of the problem and send it to our email with your order number madammestore03@gmail.com for validation, as all defective items will be inspected. If the return is approved, you will be notified by email and given a certificate with a credit balance to use in our store within 30 calendar days.

4. Restrictions.

-WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS, ONLY EXCHANGES AS LONG AS THE PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED CONDITIONS ARE MET.

- We are not responsible for damage caused by third parties, such as parcel carriers, after delivery.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
